eGaon is Bihar's leading agri-tech platform, providing comprehensive solutions for farmers including agricultural education, e-commerce, advisory services, market linkage, and financing solutions.
We collect basic information from users, including name, email address, and mobile number. This information is stored securely in our backend systems and is used for account management and communication purposes.

User passwords are encrypted and securely stored. We use email verification to ensure the validity of the provided email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and password. Any activities that occur under your account are your responsibility.
Never share your account credentials with others. eGaon will never ask for your password through email, phone calls, or SMS.
You can access courses that are free or paid. Upon purchasing a paid course, you will have lifetime access. However, the payment for the course is non-refundable.
The course content (videos, materials, etc.) is for personal use only. Unauthorized downloading, distribution, or sale of course content will lead to legal action.
The App provides mandi rates for nearby markets. These rates are for informational purposes only and may vary. eGaon is not responsible for any discrepancies.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, market prices can fluctuate rapidly. Users should verify the current rates before making any business decisions.
Mandi rates are updated daily from official sources. However, there might be a delay in updates due to various factors.
The Agriman AI chatbot provides farming-related advice and assistance. It is designed to help farmers learn about agriculture practices. However, the information provided is not guaranteed to be accurate or comprehensive.
Users should exercise their own judgment when implementing advice provided by Agriman AI. For critical farming decisions, we recommend consulting with agricultural experts.
Payments for courses are handled securely through Razorpay. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.
Any issues with payments or transactions should be addressed with Razorpay's customer support.
All payment information is encrypted and processed securely. eGaon does not store your payment card details.
All content in the App, including course materials, images, videos, and logos, is protected by copyright law. You are not authorized to download, copy, or sell any content without express permission from eGaon.
The eGaon name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of eGaon or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of eGaon's intellectual property may result in legal action and immediate termination of your account.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized activities.
Any violation of these Terms and Conditions can result in account suspension or legal action.
eGaon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
The App's content is provided "as is," and we do not make any guarantees regarding its accuracy or completeness.
In no event shall eGaon's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to eGaon in the last six (6) months, or fifty rupees (₹50), whichever is greater.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bihar, India.
You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Bihar, India, to resolve any dispute or claim arising from these Terms.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes through the App or via email.
Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Terms and agreement to abide by them.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. We recommend checking this page whenever you use the App.
By using the eGaon App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
